Eligibility for Refunds

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards and specific health/personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days. Exchanges are exclusively available for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• For approved exchanges, Wardobie covers the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
